We have specifically focused on the full wedding planning service although we appreciate that not everyone is in need of it. For this reason you can choose either to have us coordinate all or just a part of your arrangements.
We work only with the most reputable and reliable suppliers, although we are not affiliated to any of them. This means that all discounts received are passed directly onto you. This way you can be assured that we will be always seeking out the best solutions and prices for our couples.

Full wedding organization

This is a complete service from start to finish which is ideal for couples who want a dedicated local wedding planner to take care of every aspect of their wedding abroad.
If you choose to accept our follow-up proposal, we will manage of all arrangements on your behalf, whilst ensuring you remain in overall control through regular updates.
This comprehensive service is individually tailored to your requirements.

Fees

As every wedding is unique and the amount of help required varies from couple to couple, our fees are calculated on an entirely individual basis to meet the needs of each client.
We do not charge a percentage of your budget so once our services and fees are agreed, our price remains fixed throughout the planning process and will not change, even if your budget does.
We can design and arrange a wide range of styles ranging from:
– Small intimate weddings for 10 guests to large celebrations for more than 100 guests
– Geographical locations all over Sardinia
– Various types of venues
– Different ceremony types

Partial wedding organization

A service for those couples who have done most of the hard work themselves but need the help of a local wedding planner for outstanding arrangements.
Areas of works can include, but are not limited to: sourcing any supplier still needed, dealing with the Italian burocracy and administration, assistance on the wedding day

Consultation

If planning a wedding abroad seems impossible and you are not sure where to start, you may be interested in our consultation service.
All you need is tell us your budget , detail the number of your guests, the kind of ceremony, say if you have preference for the location, what style you want for your wedding and any special requirement that there may be. We will then be able to advise you, help you with your budget and recommend venues and suppliers.
This consultation fee will be deducted from your account, if you decide at any point in the lead up to your wedding to employ Frinaeventi to co-ordinate all or part of your special day.

Venue & Supplier search

We can search and locate the perfect wedding venue for your ceremony and reception with our extensive knowledge of venues across Sardinia.
Whether it’s a beach location, country retreat or something different we can help you choosing your perfect solution.
If required we can also accompany you on any visits to potential venues to help you visualise how your wedding could look and feel, and to walk through the stages of the ceremony and reception.
We works only with the best wedding suppliers in Sardinia. We pride ourselves on only recommending quality and value for money suppliers. Whether you are looking for a photographer or a fire juggler, we will negotiate contracts with them on your behalf and managing them throughout the planning process to ensure that they work with your vision and requirements in mind.

Ceremony only

You may just need help and our expertise in arranging your ceremony only, no matter what kind of ceremony you are looking for: symbolic, religious, civil. We will take care of booking the venue for that, dealing with the Italian burocracy,  administration and the religious authorities, sourcing interpreters, ministers and Italian witnesses.
