The island of Sant'Antioco, situated in the south-western part of Sardinia, offers visitors a spectacular sea, warm Sardinian hospitality and the typical local seafood specialities. It’s history dates back thousands of years. Among the first to be captured by the magnificent natural beauty of this island where the Phoenicians, followed by the Romans.
Its territory includes the two urban centres Sant'Antioco and Calasetta along with various, smaller towns. Sant'Antioco is the island's main town. It looks like a typical fisherman's village, with its narrow streets, its low houses and their red roofs. Calasetta is more secluded and inmersed in the typical white and blue colours and scents of the crystal-clear mediterranean sea.
It's a wedding destination not to be missed!
Wedding Ceremonies
Civil Ceremonies in Sant'Antioco take place in the Town Hall or at the garden of the archeological museum;
Civil Ceremonies in Calasetta are perfomed in a 18th century watch tower facing the sea or in the lovely town hall, an historical nice building only few metres from the sea.
